Refund & cancellation policy
How deposits, cancellations, and rescheduling work for advisory engagements and workshops.
Scope
This policy applies to paid consultations and workshops commissioned from Site Branch Core Advisory Co., Ltd. It does not cover third-party costs such as client-booked venues or travel booked directly by the client.
Eligibility for refunds
Refunds are available when we cancel an engagement for reasons within our control and cannot offer a suitable alternative date, or when a written engagement is terminated before work begins according to the notice terms below. Fees for work already delivered are not refundable.
Timeframe
Refund requests should be emailed to hello@sitebranchcore.click within 14 days of the event that triggers eligibility (cancellation notice or undisputed billing error). We aim to confirm receipt within three business days.
Deposits
Engagements typically require a deposit to reserve start dates and prepare interviews. Deposits become non-refundable once discovery interviews or workshop preparation has begun, unless we cancel the work. Unused deposit balances after a mutual termination may be credited toward a rescheduled engagement within six months by written agreement.
Full and partial refunds
If we cancel before any billable work, you receive a full refund of fees paid for that engagement. If work has started, we invoice for completed stages and refund any prepaid amount that exceeds that value. Workshop day fees are refundable in full when cancelled by us; client-initiated cancellations inside seven days of the workshop date may incur a partial fee covering preparation already completed.
Non-refundable items
Completed interview rounds, delivered readiness briefs, finalized communication packs, and on-site days already conducted are non-refundable. Pre-approved travel expenses already incurred are likewise non-refundable.
Cancellation and rescheduling
Clients may cancel or reschedule with written notice. Rescheduling with at least 10 business days’ notice is usually accommodated without an extra fee, subject to advisor availability. Shorter notice may require a rescheduling charge reflecting preparation redo. No-shows for scheduled workshops without prior notice are billed as delivered preparation plus a portion of the day fee stated in the engagement letter.
Work already started
Once discovery or drafting is underway, stopping the engagement ends future milestones but does not reverse fees for stages completed. Materials purchased specifically for your engagement with prior approval are charged at cost.
Refund method and processing time
Approved refunds are returned by the original payment method or bank transfer to the paying entity within 14 business days after approval, subject to banking timelines in Thailand.

Exceptions
Mandatory legal requirements and terms expressly written into a signed engagement letter take precedence over this general policy where they conflict.
